Contrails has reached a new milestone: 1,000 posted technical reports.  On Februrary 27th, 2007, the report AFFDL TR 73-21 Volume 4 was scanned and posted to reach this milestone.  The title of the report is "STOL Tactical Aircraft Investigation: Volume IV Wind Tunnel Data Analysis".  As our staff pause to celebrate the achievement, which at times seemed out of reach, we'd like to thank our donors, without whom this milestone could not have been passed.  We'll now set our sights on 2,000!
