24 Hour Access
Access to Galvin Library will be available from 12pm on Sunday through 5pm on Friday during fall and spring semesters, excluding the first week of each semester, holidays and breaks.
- 7am - OWL Lab closes. Group study suite on the lower level closes.
- 8:30am - Upper level opens with access to circulating collection
- 9am - Group study suite rooms available by reservation
- 6pm - IIT IDs necessary for authorized entry
- 9pm - IIT ID holders ONLY can enter; card reader authorizes entry
- 11:00pm Upper level closes (including reference assistance and access to upper-level collections). The OWL Lab opens and the group study suite on the lower level opens as a study area until 7:00am.

OTS OWL Lab
Questions about the OTS OWL Lab should be directed to the OTS support desk.
The OWL Lab, located on the lower level of Galvin Library, is available from 11:00pm - 7:00am. The lab equipment consists of 50 laptops. Information about the lab can be found here.
OWL Lab laptops must remain in the east portion of the lower level to avoid setting off the security alarm. A map of the laptop zone can be found below.
