Books 24x7
Books 24x7 is a
database of over 4,500 E-books covering computer science and information technology
from more than 80 publishers including MIT Press, Que,
Microsoft Press, and many more. Use the My Bookshelf feature to save a list of books or book chapters you have been using, so you can easily pick up where you left off during your previous sessions.
Note: You must
be a student, faculty, or staff member of IIT in

NetLibrary
This database contains almost 3,400 electronic
books made available through the Illinois
Digital Academic Library (IDAL). You will be
asked to create an account for access to
content.
Project Gutenberg Consortia Center
Project Gutenberg Consortia Center's provides acces to over 75,000 eTexts. You won't find the latest best
sellers or modern computer books at Project
Gutenberg, but it does contain works that are in
the public domain including classics of
literature from authors such as Shakespeare,
Poe, Dante, and many more.
Internet Public Library Online Texts
The IPL Online Texts Collection contains
links to ebook resources available free on the
web. The IPL is maintained by the School of
Information at the University of Michigan.
University of Virginia Electronic Text Center
Collections
The Electronic Text Center's holdings include
approximately 10,000 publicly accessible ebooks
in twelve languages, with more than
164,000 related images (book illustrations,
covers, manuscripts, newspaper pages, page
images of Special Collections books, museum
objects, etc).
