Computing & Wi-Fi

Galvin Library offers a number of computing services for IIT patrons. If you have questions or need assistance using library computers, contact the Reference Desk on the Upper Level of the library.

The library has a wireless network for students, faculty, staff, and affiliated members of the IIT community.

To access the wireless network:

  1. Turn on your laptop and open a web browser such as Firefox or Internet Explorer. You will be redirected to an online registration page.
  2. Enter your MyIIT username and password.
  3. After a successful registration, reboot your laptop. You should now be connected to the wireless network.

If you have trouble getting connected, contact the Reference Desk.

Unfortunately, printing is not available from the wireless network at this time.
