Authentication Procedures for Off-Campus Database and E-Reserve Access

In order to make our electronic resources available to the IIT community from off-campus locations, the Galvin Library uses an authentication system called EZ-Proxy. Once logged into EZ-Proxy, users will have access to Galvin's electronic journals, databases, and e-reserves.

To log on to EZ-Proxy go to http://ezproxy.gl.iit.edu

Faculty and staff will enter their e-mail username and password to access resources remotely.  

Students will be required to authenticate by entering their 14 digit Library ID.

Due to restrictions in our contracts with our electronic vendors, the Galvin Library cannot provide proxy access for alumni.
